We have seen a dramatic increase in candidates attending the 7.5 ton Training Courses. The reasons for this seem to be job availability, and cost of training, compared to the larger vehicles.
Candidates can easily pass the test and get straight out into work, without the issues of not having any previous driving experience, which seems to be a stumbling block on the larger vehicles. Once into work you are then building up important driving experience for when you want to upgrade to the larger vehicles !
